Main Tasks:
Premix Production / Micro-mixing Operations
Premix Plant
Receives the production schedule and the mixing guides per premix type to be produced for the day.
Prepares the Material Requisition Slip for the ingredients to be used for production.
Receives, counts, and inspects the requested materials from the warehouseman.
Performs pre-operating inspection and checks.
Weighs all the materials needed per batch of premix type scheduled to be produced. Prints the barcode per material weighed and attaches the barcode sticker on the bag of weighed ingredients.
Piles all the weighed materials on pallets. One pallet per batch.
Compound Feed Plant
Receives the production schedule and mixing guide per feed type to be produced for the shift.
Checks the correctness of ingredients and corresponding quantities of the issued materials against the Material Withdrawal Report.
Performs pre-operating inspection and checks.
Transfers the contents of micro-ingredients from the original packaging to the designated container.
Ensures suitability of containers and scoops by inspecting their integrity and cleanliness.
Weighhs the micro-ingredients following the mixing guide. Places the weighed materials on top of the first one in succession in a 50-kg sack.
Closes the bags containing weighed materials and labels the bags with the name of materials, the corresponding weights, and the total weight.
Placees the prepared bags on the pallets for transfer to the designated area near the hand tipping.
Issues the accomplished Micro Materials Issuance Form to the hoister to document the transfer of accountability.
Conducts inventory on the materials remaining at the end of the shift. Prepares the Inventory Count Sheet. Prepares the Micro Material Preparation Report containing the number of batches of prepared mixes.
In case of changes in the production schedule, returns any un-issued mixes to the cool room awaiting instruction from the Production Engr - Conveying.
Equipment Maintenance and Instrument Calibration
Main Tasks:
Verifies the maintenance status of premix equipment and calibration status of weighing scales. Calls the attention of concerned personnel if nonconformity is noted. Prepares the Platform Verification Report at the start of the shift.
Observes the performance of machines and reports an anomaly noted.
Assists maintenance service provider personnel in conducting maintenance or repair of premix equipment.
Quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost
Main Tasks:
Checks the completeness of mixing guides for the shift's production.
Inspects all issued raw materials to detect contamination on both micro-ingredients and carriers to prevent NCP in the mixed products.
Maintains compliance with GMP, Safety, and Environment guidelines.
Assists the Production Engr in attending to audits.
Gathers data on the implementation and effectiveness of action plans and institutes corrective actions for ineffective actions
3RD PARTY COLLABORATION
Main Tasks:
Coordinates with the maintenance service provider regarding equipment and facilities maintenance and calibration of instruments.
Coordinates warehouse management service provider in the execution of GMP in the premix warehouse.
Maintains process compliance to QA-set operating parameters.
Coordinates with Production Engineer for the pre-grinding schedule of carries.
Coordinates with Inbound - Outbound Planner for the transfer of micro-ingredients and macro-ingredients.
Health, safety, and environment
Main Tasks:
Participates in compliance with Environment, Safety, and Health policies by wearing the prescribed PPEs in hazardous areas.
Follows all Environment, Safety, and Health protocols inside the production area.
