Production EngineerSan Miguel Corporation

• College graduate preferably Engineering
• At least one (1) year work experience in food manufacturing or related industry (feed milling, animal production)
Responsible for monitoring and verifying the execution of processing operations, production orders, deliveries, process improvements and plant audits collaboration to meet customer requirements
Responsible for the effective implementation of the quality and food safety, environmental, health and safety standards in compliance with the regulatory requirements of the poultry operations through regular review of the plant performance.
Represents the company in the conduct of business engagement with partners and monitors their compliance with their contracts
Responsible for the preparation of available resources for the new product development from concept creation to commercialization and continuous improvement of current products.
Executes long term cost efficiency programs and cost-effective solutions to identified processes.
Responsible in ensuring the plant's availability of machineries, equipment, utilities, and auxiliary facilities necessary for the required business process.
