INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING:
1. Handle and manage mass production planning of AB models until delivery to customer
2. Communicate both internal and external customer if there are issues affecting productivity and deliver
3. Manage PSI (production sales inventory) and keep shipment schedule on-time
4. Prepare report and present during big meetings such ASAKAI, HIRUKAI, 4M etc.
MECHENICAL OR MECHATRONICS ENGINEERING:
1. Mechanical design of Jigs, checkers and other related production requirement for new model preparation and improvement activites.
2. Support on new model preparation through design, set-up and evaluation of equipment to be used in production line.
3. Support on preparation of Process Design , Process FMEA, QC Process Charts, Equipment list and Work instruction.
4. Prepares standard pokayoke programming through PLC
5. Support on troubleshooting and analysis of equipment trouble and in-process defects.
ELECTRONICS ENGINEER:
Responsible in QA activities (Customer Specific Requirements, MSA, Process Change Application to Customer, Document Control activities)
