JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform tasks and provide assistance in planning, supervision and reports generation related to the fulfillment of functions in achieving machine efficiency, planning and supervising production, process improvement, and spare parts control in order to efficiently and effectively address production requirements for the assembly of metal and plastic fasteners within company established parameters for quality standards and procedures in line with company thrusts to reduce cost, increase productivity and achieve customer satisfaction
To check and control the quality of Dyeing, facilitate the releasing process, recommend color adjustment procedures, prepare machine schedule, monitor production status, collaborate and coordinate accordingly in order to provide assistance related to the conduct of quality control procedures, machine scheduling, production support and supervision and process improvements necessary to address production requirements for dyeing within company established parameters for quality standards and procedures in line with company thrusts to reduce cost and wastage, increase productivity, deliver quality service and achieve customer satisfaction
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Graduate of B.S. Electrical Engineering Course preferably LICENSED
With at least 3 year experience working as production supervisor in a manufacturing set up.
Knowledgeable in production operation, process improvement and maintenance.
Know how to handle basic mechanical hand tools and equipment.
Capable to read and interpret symbols, plan and process flow charts
Must be familiar with ISO system implementation, documentation, including audits.
Must be familiar with any Enterprise Resource Planning System such as AS400 or SAP
Excellent in communication skills, reporting and presentation skills
ability to multitask
Willing to be assigned and work in FPIP II, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
