Job Description
Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Production Engineer to join our Production Engineering Department based in Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines.
A Production Engineer is a member of the Plant Zero C02 Group who oversees and implement environmental activities that aims to reduce the C02 emissions of the company.
In this role, you will conduct research and conceptualize environmental projects and activities. You are also responsible in generating reports, budget management, and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your role and responsibilities:
Research.
Project conceptualization and implementation.
Project management.
Budget management and monitoring.
Coordination with foreign affiliates, and internal and external stakeholders.
Utilities consumption monitoring.
Minimum Qualifications

You have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
Relevant experience in project conceptualization and management.
You interact with others in a way that gives them confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization.
You can actively identify new areas for learning; regularly create and take advantage of learning opportunities; use newly gained knowledge and skill on the job and learn through their application..
You are capable of identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.
