Job Description
Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Production Engineer to join our Production Engineering Department based in Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines.
A Production Engineer is a member of the Production Engineering Department team that provides engineering support to the company's production and maintenance operations. You will conduct production machine analysis, preventive maintenance, and machine efficiency monitoring.
In this role, you are expected to proactively research and monitor the production machine and equipment to ensure its safety, efficiency, and productivity.
Your role and responsibilities:
Provide engineering support to TMPs production and maintenance operations.
Establish and standardize operating processes including implementing policies
Improve and standardize process and equipment efficiency with consistency.
Generate cost efficient operation
Establish and implement non-defect and total preventive maintenance condition on production process and equipment
Ensure the machines efficiency, quality, safety, and proper maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications

You have a bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering.
Relevant experience on Manufacturing process, set-up, operation, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is an advantage.

Skills:
Basic technical drawing skills like AutoCad, Catia or related drawing software
Knowledge in programming logic control
Technical knowledge on certain equipment operations and maintenance (i.e Autocarry, Conveyor, Oven, Pump & motor, Air handling unit, chiller & hydraulic system)
Basic know how on Automotive Painting Manufacturing process like Pre-treatment cathodic electrodeposition, sealing & PVC underbody, top coating & quality inspection)
Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with diverse range of personalities and groups.
High analytical skills.
