The position shall guarantee proper conveying of materials needed to sustain continued and uninterrupted production.
The position shall verify accurate batching and complete mixing of materials to meet nutritional and physical requirements of every feed type while adhering to the target batch requirement per day.
The position shall establish efficient and optimum pelleting and crumbling operations of products to achieve desired production efficiency.
The position shall ensure that essential utilities such as Steam Boiler, Air Compressors, Genset, and Substation, needed for production are all in working condition.
The position shall validate that all products conform to set SMFI standards and process capability, Cpk is at a minimum of 1.
