Must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in IE, ME, ECE or any Engineering related course
Ability to interpret and understand Engineering drawing
Flexible and capable to act with minimum supervision
With analytical skills and possess sound judgement
Ability to handle work even under strong pressure
With at least basic knowledge in any of the following:
* CNC and PLC Programming
* CAD and other computer languages
* SPC, FMEA, 8D Problem Solving
* Quality Assurance
* ISO and Document Control
Experienced working in an industry is an advantage
