To provide technical expertise in the production of hotdogs, and/or hams, bacons & cold cuts, as follows:
PRODUCTION ASPECT
Operates the assigned machine / equipment.
Processes products in conformance with established standards and operating procedures.
Strictly adheres to GMP, HACCP/food safety and Sanitation standards and procedures.
2. QUALITY ASPECT
a. Conducts quality checks to ensure products are produced within accepted quality
parameters.
