Job Descriptions
In charge of production monitoring in terms of compliance with product and process requirements and standards.
Ensure target efficiency is met.
Responsible for manpower assignment based employee skill certification.
Ensure product compliance to requirements and specification.
Conduct analysis and investigation on encountered quality problems/issues.
Performs production machine maintenance, monitoring and repair
Related work experience of at least 1 year is an advantage.
Job Qualifications
College graduate, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering.
Basic background in production tools and equipment maintenance
Full concept of line monitoring and checking for line balancing, cycle time, takt time.
Proficient in corrective action / preventive action process.
Basic knowledge of Japanese production system concepts.
Knowledgeable in the following standards : ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and its requirements and compliance for the product.
