PRODUCTION ENGINEER iiiCITIZEN FINEDEVICE PHILIPPINES CORP.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Technical
Executes manufacturing schedules based on production plan, capacity and related activities. Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently.
Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and MP required.
Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout, without compromising quality.
Coordinate with production Group Leaders, support group (Quality assurance and Engineering, etc. ) on technical matters pertaining resolution of non-conformance and improvement of quality, yield and productivity.
Develop and implement quality control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantee desired results.
Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
Diagnose origin of breakdowns, including human error, and troubleshoot problems
Review and control consumption of direct and indirect materials and spare parts.
Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
Train and update operator's knowledge to utilize their skills in order to make them flexible on all products.
Perform other job-related duties that may be assigned and requested by the immediate superior from time to time.
