Job Description
Contribute (or develop in consultation with the Principal Engineer - Ethylene) to the development of the departmental strategy and support effective cascading of the departmental strategy into section's policies and procedures of the Ethylene plant
Manage the effective achievement of objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to maximise subordinate and the overall p
Monitor the financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and rectified promptly, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 9 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Chemical) or similar fields.
