- Manage and monitor products quantity, in-process quality and productivity against those targets in daily production activities.
- Guiding/Training, managing, supervise, goal setting, support for achieving goals, confirmation and evaluation of achievements of subordinates.
- Monitor the manufacturing site, respond when problems occur, and report to superiors.
- Make appropriate decisions and execute them in accordance with Company and Department policies.
- Creation, confirmation or approval of new, revised, abolished standards, regulations, etc. according to authority based on the rules set by the Company and Department.
- Understand the work (and its content) of your Department; determine work allocation, scheduling, priority and subordinate allocation; give instructions, manage and supervise.
- Implement personnel evaluation of subordinates based on Company standards.
- Plan and promote improvement themes that will greatly lead to the continuous growth of the Company. (semi-annual profit planning theme)
Job Requirements
? Engineering graduate from a university, college or technical school
? 5 years or more of management experience in the Manufacturing Department or Quality Control Department of the assembly site (including personnel planning, equipment planning, capacity calculation work)
? Experience in on-site work education/training for workers at the assembly site
? Experience in creating work procedure manuals for assembly workers
? Skill : Able to read simple mechanical drawings
Able to use various Microsoft Office tools for business (especially Excel)
? Can work overtime, during holidays, work on shifts, go on overseas business trips, etc.
? Oral and communication skills
? Has leadership qualities
? Has ''problem-finding ability'' and ''problem-solving ability'' at the production site'
Preferable conditions
? Has management experience in Japanese assembly manufacturing industry
? Basic knowledge of improvement such as IE method and QC method
? Japanese language skill (Japanese language allowance JLPT 3 or higher)
