Job Overview
As Production Data Analyst you will be responsible for entry of production data into our ERP system, providing updates throughout factory on performance via communication boards, as well as providing trend analysis and support in CI projects as required.
Responsibilities
Maintenance and entry of production data in the ERP system
Working with AU IT team on development of automatic capturing tools to minimize manual entry in ERP system
To work with the Operations Manager on defining and implementing Best Practice
Work with Finance team on any job variances and identify cause for job variances
Prepare inventory management, productivity report, data analysis and consumables ordering.
Producing of reports and other required information for daily, weekly and monthly meetings / communication boards
