Description
1.0 Basic Purpose
1.1 To ensure that that all cases filled with finished goods are sealed and taped properly.
1.2 To ensure that that all cases are properly placed on pallet.
1.3 To ensure that that all cases placed in the pallet right side up.
1.4 To ensure that the number of cases per pallet is correct.
1.5 To ensure that the proper cases are placed in the proper pallet.
1.6 To ensure proper returns to certain materials to warehouse.
2.0 Duties and Responsibilities
Regular Duties
2.1 Comes to work on time.
2.2 Maintains good hygiene.
2.3 Works efficiently as packer.
2.4 Cleans work area.
2.5 Cleans the trays of the barrel.
2.6 Be a team leader and work well with the team.
2.7 Performs good cleaning habits.
2.8 Aware of all possible defects of the product.
2.9 Vigilant in checking all items being packed.
2.10 Aware of all variants being produced in the company.
2.11 Check with the line leader or operator, the variant being packed before packing.
2.12 Ensure that the barrels are packed into the right cartons.
2.13 Able to differentiate between different variants
Occasional Duties
2.14 Reports any unusual occurrences to the line leader (QA on Line or line operator).
2.15 Performs boxes and/or inner/display cartons to be used in packing the final product. It includes placing of partition and/or foam liners and stamping of code date on the corrugated cases.
