Duties & Responsibilities
1. Schedule delivery and production usage of materials for optimal production.
2. Plan and manage production schedule to meet customer delivery requirements and best utilize the company's productive capacity
3. Monitor and track materials flow to identify bottlenecks and characterize usage.
4. Identify, resolve, and forecast problems and potential solutions to inventory and quality.
5. Coordinate with Supply Chain and other concerned Departments about schedules, changes and improvements in planning activities
6. Generate paper work containing information on estimated labor hours, schedules and production output on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
7. Work closely with Maintenance personnel to ensure relevant machineries remain in service and has a maximum uptime
8. Perform other tasks that are deemed necessary
Requirements
 College level
 With at least 1 year of related experience
 Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices and basic safety measures
 Good communication skills
 With analytical, planning and problem solving skills
 Attentive to details
 Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage but not compulsory
 Amenable with shifting/ broken schedule and over time
