- Analyze and prepare Production schedule/ production instruction based on customer requirement and production capacity
- Monitor and analyze actual production performance compared to reference standards
- Monitor and control inventory of products, WIP, and Finished goods
- Monitors production and production status
- Facilitate and monitor engineering changes, mold modification, mold repairs and production trials
- Perform and maintain 5S, Kaizen, and other improvement project
- Monitor and analyze machine utilization
- College graduate preferably Engineering or Business course
- Preferably with experience in plastic Injection or manufacturing company
