Job description -Supervise the implementation of strategies on starts, loading/line set-up and projection plan in reference to SnOP /SnOE, customer demand, material/dice/wafer supply, capacity/bottleneck station and equipment complexities in order Job description -Supervise the implementation of strategies on starts, loading/line set-up and projection plan in reference to SnOP /SnOE, customer demand, material/dice/wafer supply, capacity/bottleneck station and equipment complexities in order to optimize factory resources and meet customer delivery requirement and financial targets. -Oversee work order reservation via Manufacturing Integration Demand & Availability System (MIDAS) -Review planning tools daily & coordinate with with all stakeholders regarding necessary changes to the loading plan triggered by demand variations -Monitor the execution of the production plan in accordance with starts, loading and delivery including critical product priorities Provide recovery plans for potential and missed deliveries -Track and maintain work in process (WIP) level and lot movement in all areas of production with reference to defined Days of Inventory (DOI) targets -Follow up all WIP movement particularly for critical products and priorities - Manage KPI performance (CLIP, DOI, SML, CT) to align with targets. Profile - graduate of BS IE, ECE, EE or any related engineering course - with at least 5 years experience as material planner with exposure on assembly - knowledgeable in the Supply Chain process - knowledgeable with manufacturing and production planning - able to resolve customer issues on time - possess good inventory and project management skills - must be able to understand and use the planning tools and systems (MIDAS, BO, i2 & MES) - with above average interpersonal and communication skills - must have a keen eye for details - willing to be relocated in Calamba, Laguna
