We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Control Asst. Manager. 
This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production scheduling, inventory management, and ensure the timely delivery of products to our customers.
 
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize production efficiency.
Coordinate with various departments including manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth production operations.
Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stocks while reducing excess inventory.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
Lead a team of production planners, providing guidance to ensure targets are achieved.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and resolve production concerns in a timely manner.
Implement and maintain production control systems and procedures for quality compliance and regulatory requirements.
Prepare reports to communicate production performance to the top management.
 
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience in production planning, scheduling and inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the capability to motivate and lead a team.
Proficiency in SAP systems and Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
