Job Description a. Receive Incident Report for disciplinary process.
b. Issue Notice to Explain to reported violating employee.
c. Conduct investigation/admin hearing to violating employee
d. Issue Notice of Disciplinary Action to erring/violating employee.
e. Furnish copy of Notice of Disciplinary Action to Production Office pertaining to erring production employee.
f. Update of Disciplinary Monitoring Report.
Job Qualifications 1. College Graduate
2. With at least a minimum of 5 months in HR position is an advantage but not a requirement.
3. Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
4. With excellent planning and problem solving skills, and highly organized.
5. Must have the ability to work as a part of a team.
6. Computer literate, with excellent communication skills.
Compensation 422
Compensation Range ₱10,000 - ₱15,000
