Description
• Receives and follows direct instruction from the secondary head;
• Issues report forms to the operator;
• Types, formats, and edits correspondence and other documents;
• Assists in filling duties;
• Makes and posts manpower schedule;
• Prepares meeting agendas, attends meetings, records and transcribes minutes;
• Coordinates manpower concern to the human resources department;
• Constructs and sends production reports, letters and incident reports to specific departments and upper management;
• Informs other department with specific matter through emails and/or hard copy of letter;
• Updates information for the production personnel;
• Sends overtime, leave form, late and under time form to human resources department;
• Prepares all purchase requisitions, coordinates and expedites approvals as required;
• Maintains all budgetary records and provides follow-up action with the purchasing department;
• Maintains all files and inventory records of all orders place and monitors delivery time schedules;
• Responsible in preparing incident reports;
• Prepares summary reports;
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint
