Greetings in name of great Filipino coffee brew! Bo's Coffee, is proud to be called your local, homegrown brew. We are proud of our Filipino roots, our rich culture and origins; and as the top homegrown specialty coffee chain we are putting the spotlight in Philippine Coffee.

Originally from Cebu, now headquartered in Makati, Metro Manila. We are continuously growing and expanding from a single kiosk founded by the current President and CEO, Mr. Steve D. Benitez, in Ayala Center back in 1996, now we are almost 100 stores nationwide.
 
With this growth, our demand for proud Filipino talents across the country, and even overseas, rises. We need more Filipinos to become our Partners in our advocacy. 
 
We're currently in need of:
Job Title: Production Assistant
Qualification:
At least college level w/ Tesda certificate in baking or an equivalent.
Good organizational skills, good in reporting and can communicate immediate issues for prompt actions.
With background in GMP and food safety SOP.
Work experience in commissary setup for 1-2 years is an advantage.
Good in packing pastries with care and standard procedure in mind.
Job Function:
Responsible with picking and packing of store orders and island shipments
Participate in periodic general cleaning, follow food safety SOP imposed by the commissary.
Conduct daily inventory of production stocks and assist in periodic inventory of finished goods.
Responsible in maintaining the cleanliness of every equipment used and report any equipment issue to the supervisor.
Follow assign task given by the production supervisor from time to time.
