In-charge of updating master list/log book of video materials with corresponding
ratings
Secures all TOAs
Safekeeps and provides memory cards/recording materials and MAC sets for
coverage and/or editing
Monitors usage of recording materials/memory cards to ensure quality and avoid
drop-outs in the material
In-charge in time-coding and submitting materials for airing to POST and BAS
Assists editors, producers, In-charge of Editing, EP and PM during editing and
preview
Submits accurate metadata on time in coordination with the Segment Producers
Coordinates with graphics artist for graphics requirements
Prepares weekly list of acknowledgment in coordination with the In-charge of
Editing and Program Researchers
In-charge of preparing and submitting plug materials
Provides needed requirements for the editing
In-charge of securing necessary permit for photos, music, video materials which
are within GMA or GMA properties
Complies with network, department and program policies and deadlines
Handles and performs other task-related duties that may be assigned when
required
