1.) With Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
2.) With at least 10 years of working experience gained in Manufacturing Company engaged in wire harness assembly; 3-5 years in Supervisory position
3.) With excellent Communications and Interpersonal Skills.
4.) Outstanding Organizational and Leadership Skills.
5.) Has excellent Analysis and Critical thinking skills.
6.) Management skills and handling people.
7.) Proficient in MS office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
8.) Must be hardworking and can work with minimum supervision.
9.) Must have a strong work ethics.
10.) Applicants must be willing to work in LIMA Technology Center, Lipa City, Batangas.
11.) 2 Full-Time positions available.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with Company's plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
2) Supervise, direct, develop and oversight departments daily operation.
3) Monitors employees' productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
4) Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
5) Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
6) Prepares and submit performance reports.
7) Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
