Responsibilities:
Yield control (quality improvement activities)
Production volume control (productivity improvement activities)
Manufacturing personnel management, labor cost saving (productivity improvement activities)
Production equipment management (activities to reduce purchased parts)
Management and supervision of workers (to ensure compliance with standards and rules)
Production planning (in cooperation with production control)
General on-site management (always maintain the ideal conditions)
More than 5 years of experience
3 - 4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Asst Manager
Has worked for a Japanese company
With Technical knowledge and Soft skills in Production (50:50)
Can work on Night shift or in case of emergency
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
