Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
. Arranges and attends to all requirements needed for each event/activity (on ground events, internal and external guestings, etc.), including coordination for the booking and confirmation of the designated venue(s), deliverables of artist/s, itinerary, service and other logistics that may apply.
. Coordinates the technical and creative requirements of each event/activity
. Coordinates schedules and requirements of the artists with the other ABS-CBN Music units or labels specifically if MMG artists are involved in music projects and shoots
. Attends to the needs and requirements of the artists during events and programs.
. Accompanies the artists to ensure the wellbeing, needs and safety of the artist/s and/or companion/s during events, shoots, etc.
. Delivers reports / feedback after each activity/event to Immediate Supervisor
. Observes due diligence in reporting immediate concerns to the MMG Team Lead
. Monitors the social media accounts of the Talents
. Represents the artists under the MMG during meetings & events as may be assigned by the company
. Attends to documentation and administrative requirements as may be required
