The Product Training Officer handles system and process documentation. The Product Training Officer will be involved in a daily, weekly and monthly evaluation on items related to common errors encountered by the department pertaining but not limited to company standards, technical instructions/replies, product knowledge, tool usage, customer service and technical support standards. Training initiative and developments to adapt to new trends, topics and scope.
The Product Training Officer will develop and maintain training modules and audit schedules for quality improvement and quality assurance purposes. The Product Training Officer will be tasked to design and update training programs set for newly hired agents and agents recalled for special trainings. The Product Training Officer will ensure that training programs are timely and updated to meet the needs of its internal customers. The training program may require the Product Training Officer to be involved in the following methods of instructions:
Requirements
1. Instructor in a Classroom or Virtual Type Discussion.
2. Coach in a call simulation exercise, tool familiarization, and virtual tour to Hosting, Fasthosts and other online systems as needed.
3. Give out exams and other forms of evaluation that aims to measure the agents' general performance during the entire training program.
4. Provide recommendations and feedbacks on the agents' performance, readiness and overall rating that will serve as the basis for retention, re-training or deployment to teams.
The trainer will serve as the supervisor for newly hired agents during the entire training period. They will be in-charge to ensure that the agent will be given proper orientation on internal procedures, policies, payroll, and other administrative instructions needed by them to be able to operate efficiently as an agent.
