As a product trainer, you will be responsible for the conceptualization, development, and execution of training programs that will bridge the skills gap among employees to help them perform better in their individual assignments for the accounts they are assigned to. You will be screened, validated, and trained for the opportunity to grow your career with us!
 
Who are we looking for? Motivated individuals with:
BPO experience is an advantage.
Knowledge on teaching techniques/strategies is an advantage
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Confident and knowledgeable of basic computer processes.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Filipino citizen or holding a relevant residence status.
Willing to work on-site.
Willing to start immediately.
What will you be doing?
Create training materials for specific assignments/accounts.
Coordinate with other teams to determine training needs.
Ensure that all information is updated and easy to understand.
Identify skill gaps among employees to develop programs.
