Job Duties and Responsibilities: Create poster layout/template for spiels and sales guide as promoters' reference Conducting field training Regional support for Regional Training Team Checking/research in the current market situation (Act as promoter) Create materials and conduct training depending on trainers, promoters and sales team Complete performance improvement plan and measurement of sales promoter during coaching / learning intervention. Conduct region audits to check the trainers, sales team and promoters on their familiarity on the existing and newly launched products. Qualifications: Agree with company culture Adequate knowledge with smart phones, retail industry, consumer psychology and behaviors, and selling experience.
