Job Description
Complete the training per KPI requirements of the product director, and other daily work
Learn and master the company's products, and provide training for the company's products for offline personnel;
Assist in the preparation of training courses, product operation manuals, and implementation of training programs;
Write a training summary report, feedback and evaluate the training effect;
Follow up the sales staff to effectively answer and handle the questions;
Training and industry information collection, expansion of training channels and training resources.
Other tasks assigned by the product director.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor degree with any major, one year of working experience in related field
Must have at least 2-years working experience as a Product Trainer, Training Officer or other related role that specializes in cosmetic products/industry.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog; Mandarin is a plus.
Have good learning ability, communication ability, language expression and writing organization ability, and have good sense of team service and cooperation;
Ability to complete the entire process of training independently; design and implement various training programs;
Responsible, strong logical thinking and information summary and refining ability;
Proficiency in common office software, proficient in Excel and PPT.
Responsible for the results.
Candidate must be willing to work on-site from Monday to Saturday in BGC, Taguig.
Can start immediately.
