Description
1. Coordinate with Product Specialist counterpart to ensure the products are suitable for the target market, suitable with the specified technical requirements, and ensure needed customer support and delivery of products;
2. Provide market support, and focus on supporting the Sales & Marketing of the products
3. Provide technical support and training to the Sales Department;
4. Provide product technical information to support the pre-sales tendering process;
5. Collect and analyze marketing information, competitor's information, and sales data to understand and meet customer requirements;
6. Design a competitive strategy and give advice to the Sales Department's business;
7. Utilize strong product/market knowledge to support selling activities and resolve customer questions and concerns;
8. Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars, and to give advice on product promotion materials.
9. Reports business review and sales & marketing plans.
