Job description The candidatewill be in charge of supporting Product Quality activities in the New Product Introduction phase - which means - Defining, setting-up, following-up and reporting the product qualification plan, - Leading problem solving Job description The candidatewill be in charge of supporting Product Quality activities in the New Product Introduction phase - which means - Defining, setting-up, following-up and reporting the product qualification plan, - Leading problem solving in case of reliability or T0 failures, - Managing Customer support (Quality readiness, Returns) -Handlingcorrelation activities (IQC, OQC, ...) The candidate will also havethe responsibility of supporting Calamba production through: - Customer returns analysis: root cause analysis leadership, corrective action tracking, 8D report completion and communication with Customer as quality DRI (Direct Responsible Interface). - Weekly reporting to the Customer: providing customer return status and Key Parameters indicators (cycle time, FA success rate, PPM rate trends). - Collecting data from Manufacturing QA and Operations (IQC, OQC, yield, pareto of failures, line audit, action plan, SPC) and from Reliability to be reported into the weekly. - Communication to the Customer about NCL alert and action plan for release / PCN plan. Negotiate those plans with customer when challenged - MRB: to provide final lot disposition to local organization (operations, quality) for lots on hold in MRB - Cross functional communication with local organizations (operations, quality, R&D) and local / overseas Division organizations (Product Engineering, QA, planning) Profile Keycompetencies required are -Root cause analysis methodology, Ishikawa/fishbone, 5-Whys, Is/Is not, 8D methodology and reporting - Risk analysis / FMEA approaches - FA methodology et FA technics knowledge - Strong Customer communication, negotiation, leadership and decision making skills
