Kitsch is looking for a talented and experienced Production and Packaging Coordinator who will ensure that all aspects of packaging and production tasks stay consistent and on-brand. This person will be responsible for ensuring that production and packaging processes are started and executed in a clear, precise and timely manner and for effectively communicating with key stakeholders and departments throughout the design to launch process.
To be successful, we are looking for a fast worker, who can quickly turn around finished assets while maintaining an exceptional eye for detail. You will balance creativity with business, most importantly have fun!
HERE'S WHAT A DAY AT WORK MAY LOOK LIKE...
Handles and manages overall Packaging Development coordination and communication from factories to Kitsch and Kitsch to factories like sending AW files, price negotiation and others.;
Coordinates with the Product Development team for product development status and updates;
Acts as reliever in the absence of one PD team member;
Monitors packaging development status, internal documents and files;
Incharge in the creating Asana task/substask for Packaging Development processes;
Incharge in the creation and monitoring of Pre-Launch product tasks for Marketing in Asana;
Manages master data file for all Kitsch Products (Kitsch Line specs and Packing Way);
Coordinates Production team, Accounting team and Sales Team for new styles update;
Manages AM system for New Item Creation and updates;
Manages Kitsch UPC list issuance and creation; and
Does paperworks for the Sales team:Customer Item Set-up and Account Set up upon request of the Sales account officer; and
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned.
ABOUT YOU...
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a design, marketing, project management or business discipline.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects: Must possess strong project management skills with experience in overseeing and following through on processes and projects.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, think quickly and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
Able to effectively negotiate and diplomatically manage conflicting points of view.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to collaborate with individuals from many areas and disciplines within the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint with basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite & Photoshop
Previous work experience and knowledge of trending beauty industry is a plus
