JOB DESCRIPTION
Owning the product development, evolution and maintenance of both new and existing land base / online game products.
Manage, grow and maintain product ownership in the company.
Owning Product roadmap and manage the high-level priority for all games teams and the product throughout the product lifecycle.
Identify impediments to collaboration and delivery across the teams and work with others to remove them.
Define the product vision and ensuring functional requirements for new products and features are defined in details.
Evaluate the quality of ongoing project work efforts and ensure production proceeds according to schedule.
Supervise gathering and prioritization of product features and customer requirements.
Work closely with the Development, Studio, Designer and Project Management teams, to deliver world class online game products.
Define long-term and mid-term work priorities to guide the efforts of the Development Team, considering resources, and technological constraints with consideration to business impacts and identified risks.
Support the Marketing and Sales departments in their efforts to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Actively propose any improvements in the product delivery process
Ensure new products and features are evaluated for usability and performance, employing focus group testing when necessary, analise trends in the gaming market and continuously review the competitive landscape.
Communicate to Leadership and other stakeholder's rollout plans, feature details, and bug status updates
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, including conveying technical information to technical and non-technical users
JOB QUALIFICATION
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in fast moving, high pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Adaptable in your approach and able to operate independently, and as part of a team.
Degree level or higher education.
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager is essential.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the design of live dealer/casino games/sportsbook within the online gaming industry is essential.
