Summary
Managing and optimizing the product backlog in order to maximize the value of the Ecoverse and potentially other CX-related products
Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities
Products
Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for the Ecoverse by managing and optimizing the product backlog in order to maximize the value of the Ecoverse
Define and prioritize product features, requirements, and enhancements based on user needs and preferences.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the renewable energy space.
Champion the adoption of sustainable practices within the product development process and ensure alignment with ENOWA's sustainability goals.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of Ecoverse, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Act as the main point of contact for customer feedback, ensuring that user insights are incorporated into the product development process.
Design and Research
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and data analysts, to deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience on the Ecoverse platform.
Collaborate with the Design Lead and research team to create the best-in-class user interface and experience that drives engagement and sustainable energy practices.
Leverage predictive technologies and demand-side management principles to optimize consumer energy usage and ensure a balanced supply and demand.
Management
Define and deliver a roadmap that aligns with ENOWA's strategic objectives and promotes the growth of Ecoverse as a leading sustainable energy platform.
Provide leadership and direction to the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Background, Skills
Strong understanding of renewable energy solutions, demand-side management, and sustainable living principles is preferred.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a track record of successfully launching and managing customer-centric digital products.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive product development.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the product vision to diverse audiences.
Passionate about sustainability and creating a positive impact on the environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor or master's degree.
10+ years of experience
