Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing: Implementation of High Level Strategic Marketing Plans for the Marketing Department based on a Calendar of Activities; Budget; Actual vs. Objectives
Retail Brand Management: Implementation of Retail Brand building plans based on a Calendar of Activities; Budget; Actual vs. Objectives
Market Building - Penetration and Development: Implementation of Market Building plans (e.g. LSM) for Retail Brands based on a Calendar of Activities; Actual vs. Objectives
Sales Building: Implementation of Sales Building Plans for Retail Brand based on a Calendar of Activities; Actual vs. Objectives
Insights: Implementation of Research/Insights Plans for Corporate and/or Retail Brand based on a Calendar of Activities; Actual vs. Objectives
Performs other related functional duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior(s) from time to time.
Qualifications:
A graduate of marketing or any business-related course
At least 5 years of relevant and extensive work experience
Keen on details, highly organized, and has an eye for creatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adept at problem solving and decision making
People management skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications
Knowledgeable on Adobe CS Photoshop
