JOB DESCRIPTION
Job description
? Assist Product Manager on product management and brand awareness to the Sales Team
? Facilitate RFQ/RFS, price validation, and negotiation with Suppliers ? Understand the industry by providing market and competitive analyses to formulate appropriate price negotiations with suppliers
? Identify and coordinate key RFQs with the Sales team to turn NBO into actualization.
? Assist in resolving support issues from the internal sales and operation team (Delivery escalation, Pricing, Quality issue) etc
? Maintain Price Master File to aid in reviewing of price trends
? Maintain Product module in the ERP system on a Quarterly/Half Yearly basis
? Maintain RFQ Database to continuously monitor all the opportunities and for a revisit.
? Support the Sales team by initiating proposals on how to win business / get a better margin.
? Monitor the BBBI (Booking / Billing / Backlog / Inventory) and take necessary action.
? Carry out NBOs Conversion to Orders and Lost Orders Analysis on Quarterly/Half Yearly basis.
? Responsible for timely submission of monthly and quarterly sales and analysis reports.
? Assist Product Manager in Product Marketing Campaigns
? Additional duties as assigned by Product Manager
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
? Graduate of Engineering
? 4 Year Course Graduate
? Preferably with 2-3 years’ experience in electronics industry
? Applicants without relevant experience welcome to apply, training will be provided
? Good team player to effective work with co-workers and external contracts to respond positively to situations
? Strong organization skills to anticipate, plan, organize and self-monitor workload
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
? Proficient in oral and written communication
? Salary will commensurate accordingly to experience & qualifications (Salary range Php19K-28K)
