The Product Marketing Admin Assistant is responsible for monitoring customer feedback and support issues related to the product launch. He/she also closely collaborates with the sales, marketing, and deployment teams, renders administrative work, and directly reports to the Product Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
Collecting and monitoring customer feedback related to a product launch, conversations with Customer Success Managers, support issues, release-related queries and training requests
Tracking progress of leads until closing, helps monitor product launch KPIs
Organizing all information in a tracker and alerting the Product Marketing Manager for issues that need her attention
Coordinating with other teams (e.g. sales, account managers, support and deployment teams) for resolution of support issues; and providing administrative support
Performing other tasks as may be assigned by the Product Marketing Manager
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field
Flexible and can work under pressure
Can multi-task
Methodical, meticulous and well-organized
Good working knowledge of MS Office
Strong analytical abilities
Persistent and resourceful
Excellent English written and oral communication skills; good in business correspondence
Can work with minimum supervision
Can render overtime whenever needed
This position is temporarily (WFH) setup until further notice. The candidate must have his/her own computer and stable internet connection.
Work Schedule: Semi-flexible but candidate should be willing to render long working hours whenever needed.
This is a full-time renewable contract position.
