Position Overview:
We are looking for a Channel Sales Executive who will be responsible for developing and managing channel partners, resellers, and system integrators. This role will actively promote our distributed brands, build partner relationships, and drive regional sales growth.
 
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop, recruit, and manage a network of resellers, dealers, and system integrators.
? Promote UNV CCTV systems, Ruijie networking products, and structured cabling components.
? Conduct regular partner visits and product presentations to promote new technologies and bundled solutions.
? Assist partners in responding to project requirements, pricing, and product selection.
? Coordinate with technical and support teams to deliver pre-sales assistance and after-sales service.
? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by executing channel strategies.
? Represent the company in product launches, training events, and trade shows.
? Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer records, and performance reports.
Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
✅ Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in ICT, security systems, or structured cabling.
✅ Strong understanding of CCTV, IP networking, and data cabling infrastructure.
✅ Established network of resellers or system integrators is a strong advantage.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Willing to travel locally for client meetings and regional dealer support.
