Blaine Manufacturing Corporation - Personal and Home Care Division is a 100% Filipino-owned company established in 2008, with a vision to be the business partner of manufacturer, repacking, and trading of personal and home care products and related raw materials.
As of to date, Personal and Home Care has transformed into a partner in the cosmetics industry offering tolling services and efficient solutions for personal and home care applications.
Job Description
Develops and implement marketing strategies (pricing, research, branding, communications, public relations) to achieve organizational objectives.
Delivers marketing plans for major activities and projects across the marketing mix.
Conceptualizes and develops marketing materials and promotional items.
Conducts product launches and brand activation.
Synthesizes all market information and insights to support strategy formulation and other market reach initiatives.
Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.).
Initiates new product development in Animal Health and conducts market feasibility.
Represents the company in professional organizations, industry associations and trade events.
Performs other related function that maybe assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications
BS Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, and other food related courses
With at least five (5) years of work experience in Sales & Marketing
Marketing skills.
Proactive, possess strong leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
With high level drive for achievement and accomplishment.
