Welink MCS is hiring for a Product Manager on behalf of a client partner in the Human Capital Software Management Company

Responsibilities
•Work closely with the CEO/Product Head to create and maintain a product backlog.
•Provide direction and vision to the development team and stakeholders
•Lead product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new features
•Create and maintain epics and user stories
• Ensure work focuses on a maximum value which is aligned with product strategy
•Conduct iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
•Ensure tasks are prepared for the dev/product team in advance
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
•Maintain backlog management
•Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
•Follow our competitors and the industry
•Follow competitor pricing methods
•Determine industry pricing
•Keep updated with Agile/Scrum new trends and best practices
Requirements/Skills Required:
•Must have a minimum of 1-year experience in product/project management as a product owner or manager in a digital landscape
•Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a business analyst/product manager for an HR and Payroll software for the Philippines market
•Must have a minimum of 1-year experience using a free/paid product management software like Jira
•Must have a minimum of 1-year experience using Excel for processing data using logical functions or versatile formulas.
•Must have a minimum of 6 months' experience in Flowcharting using Vizio or a similar software
•Must have skills at least one in Asana, Jira, Trello, Bitrix, or any similar software.
•Fluent in written and spoken English
