Responsibilities
• Work closely with CEO/Product Head to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value
• Maintain and prepare product vision/road-map and growth opportunities
• Provide direction and vision to the development team and stakeholders
• Lead product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new features
• Create and maintain epics and user stories
• Ensure work focuses on maximum value which are aligned with product strategy
• Conduct iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Ensure tasks are prepared for dev/product team in advance
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Maintain backlog management
• Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
• Follow our competitors and the industry
• Follow competitor pricing methods
• Determine industry pricing
• Keep updated with Agile/Scrum new trends and best practices
Requirements (Must Have):
• Minimum 1-year experience in product/project management as a product
• owner or manager in a digital landscape
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a business analyst/product manager for a HR and Payroll software for the Philippines market
• Minimum 1-year experience using a free/paid product management software like Jira
• Minimum 1-year experience using Excel for processing data using logical
• functions or versatile formulas
• Minimum 6 months experience in Flowcharting using Vizio or a similar
• software
Skills:
• Familiar with at least one of the following product management:
• Asana / Jira / Trello / Bitrix /Or any similar software
• Fluent in written and spoken English
