Job Description
Be part of MSPbots’ core team that’s dedicated to serving MSPs! Urgent hiring for a Product Manager! 
 
· Work Remotely! 
· Client: CEO and Investor Daniel Wang 
· Work Hours and Schedule: Semi-flexible, 8 AM-5 PM CST (Graveyard shift), Fixed rest days (Sat-Sun) 
· Work Duration: Permanent/Full-time WFH 
· Earn $7 - $15/hr depending on your experiences (salary increase is based on performance) 
 
Job Description: ​
Work with product managers, development team to build the bots/reports that help MSP service managers to automate their day-to-day tasks  
Write the product requirement, review the final product to ensure it is designed as planned 
Requirements:
2-5 years of job experience as a Service Manager with a proven track record in customer service within enterprise software or SaaS 
Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or other related field 
Comprehensive industry knowledge 
Strong familiarity with customer service standards and processes 
Knowledgeable in tracking budget expenses 
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools 
Advanced technical skills, such as troubleshooting PC issues with hardware, software, and networking 
Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
