We are looking for Product Management Officer/Manager should have strong interpersonal skills to engage and integrate multiple functional areas, communicate the value of the work being done and motivate them to achieve the goals
You will create a product vision and roadmap aligned with the BUs overarching vision and uses qualitative and quantitative data to formulate the product strategy. You'll be:
Able to think through every step of the product life cycle, from conceptualization to distribution and growth from an ecosystem point of view
Incorporates customer & market awareness, technological trends and business feasibility in creating excellent digital experiences
Able to understand the business and enterprise perspective and recommend the most valuable and viable digital & data opportunities, business model and product strategy
WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?
Product Management Officer/Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement through use of data
Must be able to manage stakeholders and educate them on best practices and new ways of working
Should be able to drive the technical teams and help solve problems and ensure the product delivers a positive user experience
Should be able to communicate ideas and value effectively to drive internal engagement and to market to end customers
Has a bias to action in delivering value often and incorporating an iterative approach in product development and delivery
Can prioritize features and stories to maximize customer and business value
Should be able to create products that customers love and meet their needs, whether building from scratch or using available solutions in the market
Requirements
WHO ARE YOU?
You have a degree in Business or a similar field and experience in agile development, technology development, e-commerce is a plus.
Has held a lead product role for 5 years or more for a digital product
Must have a drive for changing ways of working and transforming teams and processes
Should be able to influence and inspire incremental and innovative changes
Passionate about understanding customer needs, both internal and external, and finding ways to address and deliver great experiences
Loves solving problems using critical and strategic thinking
Able to simply complexity and translate ideas into reality
