PRODUCT IN-CHARGE
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or college level are welcome to apply.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management or trade related.
Experience in stainless steel, construction, hardware's and roofing industry is an advantage.
Must be willing to be assigned temporarily to different areas for career opportunity and growth.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and achieve sales targets for assigned accounts in the specific product category.
Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key accounts.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize product positioning and promotions
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide regular sales forecasting and reporting to the Department Head.
