Job description
Primary Function:
Provide the required daily support on test product services to Test Production Line ensuring availability of Test Product requirements needed to monitor and work on test yield result, failure analysis and product quality. He is directly responsible for executing new product transfer; planning and execution of product proliferation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Closely monitor product performance and ensures that yield and quality goals are achieved: conducts technical analysis (yield loss cause and failure analysis) necessary to support yield, quality reliability and productivity issues/ goals.
2. Support new product introduction and product transfer and provide Engineering support to manufacturing operations.
3. Handle product engineering evaluation, qualification and product transfer of new product and process flow implementation.
4. Perform tester and bench analysis in identifying and solving product/ process/ reliability related issue for continuous improvement in quality, yield and cost with the application of hardware, electronics, semiconductors and statistical tools.
5. Define and coordinate implementation containment procedures for product issues.
6. Identify root cause/s of any product related technical issue and drive for its resolution.
7. Maintain close loop communication with Test Engineer and Assembly counterparts on product health indicators via regular product health meetings and yield transmission.
8. Review Device Yield monthly, interpret and analyze for yield improvement.
9. Supervise product technicians.
10. Participate in technical excellence presentation, seminars and symposium.
11. Performs other duties as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of BS EE,ECE,ME2. With atleast 1 year experience as Product Engineer in a Semiconductor Company3. Willing to relocate in Clark, Pampanga once hired
