Job Description
Product Director is responsible for developing and communicating clear product vision and strategy aligned with the CMB Group's strategic intent. He/She will lead and mentor a team of product managers, provide guidance, support, and feedback to foster a high-performing and collaborative product management team. He/She will be responsible and accountable for Product P&L and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and measure performance against business objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with CMB Group's overall goals
2. Define product roadmap
3. Set goals, provide guidance, and support the team in achieving product-related objectives
4. Foster collaboration, ensure effective communication, and encourage a high-performing and innovative product management team
5. Oversee the end-to-end product development process
6. Define Product P&L to measure product success and monitor product performance against targets.
7. Analyze product metrics and drive optimization
8. Continuously assess product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for product growth
Requirements
- Extensive experience in product management, ideally in a leadership role.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align product strategy with business goals.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies and practices.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
