Success indicators include timeliness of product launches and achievement of VNB targets. Key Responsibilities: Support development of new product concepts through Customer & Distributor research (focus groups, online surveys, etc...) and competitor research Support development of Product Specifications for new product containing the proposed product features, parameters and general operational guidelines Draft the Product Approval Report and coordinate with different departments in completing the other PAR sections review inputs from other departments to the PAR and ensure consistency with the product features Provide support in the review of the Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) for new products through coordination with other business units and to ensure their review / sign-off for system development Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support for new product implementation via the creation of test scenarios and cases in the UAT of product features/parameters Assist Regulatory filing preparation - Prepare and review the documents for Gate Three Regulatory Filing (proposal layout, contract provisions, policy data page, application form) ensuring clarity & Customer-centric wording and consistency with regulator guidelines Assist pre-launch preparation - Prepare and coordinate with other departments on the completion of the Gate Four Pre-Launch Checklist monitor the status of Gate Four activities that are for Day Two implementation. Also provide product technical support during training sessions for distribution and home office support, distribution leaders focus group, distribution rallies and the like.
