•Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Graduate with PRC license
•Minimum 5 years experience in the manufacturing company (Japanese preferably) of automotive-related products
•Good in Oral Communication
•Familiar with BOM (Bill of Materials)
•CATIA or Solidworks experience
•Can work with minimum supervision
•With supervisory position is also an advantage
•Expert in the field of product and process development / job planning / Problem solving technique/ 5S & TPM
