Product Development engineerCAMEL APPLIANCE MFG. CORP.

Primary function:
- Primary responsible for conducting the development, launch and continuous improvement of current Camel products, participating in the product development process from conception to production, validating that products meet quality standards and market requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design and development of new products, from concepts to production readiness.
- Collaborate with the departments for the design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure product feasibility of quality and manufacturability.
- Conduct documentation such as engineering analysis, root cause analysis, corrective action, technical reports, documentation, project schedules, milestones, deadlines, and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (Philippine National Standard) and ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) throughout the development process.
- Conduct the test prototypes to evaluate design concepts and iterate on product improvements.
- Work to achieve cost-effective product design while maintaining quality and performance standards.
- Recommend appropriate materials and manufacturing process to optimize product performance cost and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Higher in Engineering
- Minimum of 1 year experience in product development and engineering analysis.
- Technical Competency: Engineering design and software, Leadership, Communication skills both Oral and Written, Analytical skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks', and Project Management.
